This place was great when I first moved in. Now its a little crowded. Don't bother going to the pool unless you like a ghetto family type reunion every weekend. The college students have wild parties at the pool. The ghetto people have drug dealer looking people over on their nextels trying to act cool. Sometimes its a little much to know who lives here and who doesn't. We have had our share of break ins in cars. Funny thing is that they have a automatic gate at the front, but not a fence around the place. What good is that to keep outsiders out''

The people who built this place did a average job. The carpet is cheap, it stains easily. They've had to dig up the driveways and sidewalks a few times cause they didn't build them to spec. ITs a little pricey for what you get. Management is good, repairs are handled quickly.

This post seems a bit prejudiced and presumptive. I have lived on the property for a year, and have not seen any "drug dealer looking people on their nextels trying to look cool" My question to you is, what do drug dealers look like. Is it the close, the pose, or their color that gave you this impression.

I have to agree with the response - I have not seen any suspicious looking people around...and the size of the pool is the problem, not the people in it!
