I've lived here since the complex first opened, before the community was finished being built. I've had a wonderful experience here and love it. There was one leasing agent who looked for problems and loved to post notes on doors. She has been removed from the company bc i know where she is now working. All of the current staff are wonderful, know me by name, waive when i drive through. I couldn't ask for better staffing. The problems with the gate are going to happen anywhere. Ignorant people decide to just ram the arm to break it off for entry. i'm sure the complex has stock in gate arms. The ants come out when it gets warm so we all have to be very cautious of cleanliness. I too had a problem and got tired of the ants so i requested for the outside of the building to be sprayed. The next day the pest control service showed up. Any maintenance problems have always been resolved the next day and the best part is that i can submit a request online instead of having to call or visit the office. Overall, I am very pleased with the community and neighbors and will continue to stay here until i buy a house.
