I don't know who wrote the last review, but we personally think Robin is a great manager. Rules are rules, and when a tenant breaks one, she must enforce the rules or total chaos can ensue. She has always been fair to us, and we have lived here for 4 years. Yes, you should park in your designated space. Yes, residents must be with their guests at the pool,. Duh! As to the a/c issue, when it freezes up, it is necessary to turn it off for a couple of hours while it thaws. Anyway, we highly recommend this apartment complex.
