I've lived at Westhampton Court for over two years and have nothing but good things to say about it. We have assigned parking spaces right outside of our units, including some visitor spots for guests. The walls are thick, so noise and disruptions are minimal. The complex is older, but both buildings and grounds are very well kept up. The exterminator comes every month, so no bugs here. We have an efficient, polite and fair property manager. All maintenance concerns are addressed immediately. The complex is right on a MARTA stop and within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants of Collier and Howell Mill Roads. GREAT value for the area.

I've only seen a card for the exterminator one time and I've lived here for several months. Starting to get those gross water bugs.
