Want a great, QUIET, affordable place to live inside the Perimeter' Westhampton Court Apartments in northwest Atlanta is a great choice! I have lived here three years, and, with the bad economy, I recognize there are plenty of rental vacancies throughout the metro area to consider. However, because of the complex's manager, Robin Holland, I choose to continue to stay. Why' The units are very well maintained; repairs (and in my three years here, there haven't been many) are taken care of immediately; and, if you like a quiet environment, this is the place to be (on a Friday night.. Saturday night, it is nice and quiet). It is very easy to budget; a flat water rate is included in the total rent price, so there are no additional charges for trash or gas. My electricity bill averages about $70 a month (I keep it warm in the winter and cool in the summer). So, move here, and you won't regret it. As an added bonus, this part of the city is great; close to Papa John's, Figo's, Pizza Hut, Fox and Hounds (and many other great restaurants within walking distance), gas stations, and Publix and Walmart are down the road. I truly believe Robin is posting under different names in order to boost the score of this place. Notice how each perfect rating comment addresses all issues in previous low rating comments. Kind of pathetic.

I agree. Robin is a -----. These good ratings are posted by herself. I've never seen a manager shouting at her customers, but Robin will shout at you, indeed! She doesn't know any skills on how to manage a complex.

I've been here 10 years, and she has been the manager for 10 of them. As long as you follow the rules you will have no problem. I believe it is you that is giving the false impression.

i have also been shouted at by her when SHE forgot to put in a maintenance request and tried to blame it on the maintenance guy. lovely.
