All the reviews blasting the property manager and the apt. are 100% correct. If you want to save money and have your peace of mind, STAY AWAY.

You must be talking about a different Westhampton Court than the one I live in because this one is very nice and well run. All maintenance issues ARE addressed immediately. If you had a problem with the manager, it is likely because of something you did, rather than she. If you are that bitter, this complex is better off without you anyway.

It takes forever to get the deposit back!!! Robin becomes extremely picky when you move out the apt. She will find every ridiculous excuse to hold your deposit, like claiming your carpet is dirty (but actually there are only some tiny pots) The funniest thing is, the apt I moved out is 10000 times better than a new apt she rent to my friend. This "new" apt stinks with mold everywhere on the carpet! DISGUSTING!!!

Pest control is performed every month, to the exterior of the property. A lot of residents complained about the tech entering the apt every month, so we switched to the exterior method. If you have issues, please report immediately to the office. The pest control company is on 24 hour call for any problems. So far, there have been no complaints to this office. If you have one, just let me know.

As someone who is here most of the time during the day, I have seen pest control trucks here within the past several months. I worried that pest control was skipping my apt at first because the monthly wednesday knocks on the door had stopped but then found out that it was being treated externally. I've never seen a roach in my apartment nor have I ever seen a rat, a few chipmonks running around the trees but not rats. But then again, I don't leave food laying out in my apartment either.
