This is the worst experience I've ever had in Atlanta.

1. The apartment is old. The floor trembles when someone go upstairs. The air-conditioner is totally useless, but makes your power bill exceed 100 dollars in summer. Even you leave the air-conditioner on for a whole day, you cannot feel any temperature drop in your room.

2. The ---ager, -----, is the most impolite and rude person I've ever met. I think she's so -------- because she's lack of a ---!! She screams at tenants. She blames to the tenants when she does something wrong. She is very rude when you want to argue with her (she has no idea how to respond you in a polite way; she only knows how to shout!). Also, she becomes extremely picky when you move out. There is little hope you can get your deposit back from her. She will charge you a lot even there is only a few dots on the carpet.

3. Various of bugs will come to your room. Roaches are everywhere. ----- won't do any pest control, but just blame you yourself bring those roaches. And the worst thing is, there are rats here!!! And how can ----- blame someone bring those stupid rats into their own apartments'''

This is a horrible apartment! Stay away from here. Only after ----- is fired, you may consider here again. Hope Victoria group can consider this seriously!

-----, I am sure you are reading this. When are you scheduling the pest control and when do you plan to finish painting the doors? You are so not fit for the job.

The painting project has stalled because of all the rain we have been having, and the humidity. They cannot paint while it is raining or when the humidity is high, because the paint will not cure. Also, for security reasons, we do not want to leave your apartment door open for an extremely long time. We have a good reason for this decision. As to the pest control, there is a treatment peformed each and every month. We have never missed a month in 10 years. The exterminator treats only the exterior of the property so it is not necessary to enter your apartment every month. There were complaints from residents that did not want to be bothered every month. We cannot please everyone. If you have pest control issues, please report them to the office. We will be happy to address all issues immediately.
