I've lived here for about 4 years now and love the location except the traffic on Howell Mill Road at the 75 ramp. The neighbors have always been polite and quiet. I have always gotten along great with the management and ----- makes it a point to stop me when she's outside the office just to chat and say hello. Whenever I've had a maintenance problem I'd email or call right away and got a quick response and fix to the problem to my satisfaction. Groundskeeping is done once or twice a week and the dumpsters are away from the apartments and downhill so no dumpster smell. I'd recommend it to someone looking for an apartment.

I totally agree that this review was from -----. Cannot imagine anyone else being such shameless. If you see this kind of reviews which complement -----, NEVER trust!!! She wrote them to cover the ugly truth.

I bet million dollars that this review was written by ----- herself. I don't think any tenant would recommend this apartment complex.

My name is -----. I am the manager here. No, I did not post this review. It was posted by one of the many, many happy residents here. Some of which have lived here for 8 - 10 years. There are 6 apartments with people here 14 years. That would not be possible if I were the awful manager you say. Apparently you are a sad, bitter former resident, so people will not pay attention to your rantings. Get over it, and go get a life.
