Overrated. Garage not safe, had 3 breakins in the past 6 months. Poor maintenance of apartments. Key cards keep on getting demagnetized. Our air conditioning unit had a leaked and ruined everything in closet shortly after maintenance came and changed the filter. They didn't seem to care or notice that anything was wrong with the system.
