This property is generally terrrible.
The location is great and the building is nice looking, but there are 100 other apartment buildings in Buckhead that share those characteristics.
The problems at this property include:
- Poor parking situation (both for residents and guests)
- Insect problems in first floor units
- Recurring maintenance issues (i.e. plumbing, HVAC, etc.) that do not get fixed correctly the first time.
- Poor craftmanship of the property when it was built in the late 1990's.
The staff is nice and the rent is reasonable when compared to other Buckhead apartments, but the Camelot is marketed like it's the Ritz Carlton and I have lived in 40-year old apartment complexes and with fewer issues than here.
I look forward to moving out of this complex.
