I have lived at Westminster Buckhead for about 3 months. I lived here previously for a few years, but left only because I began a consulting job that required so much travel that an apartment was not necessary. I moved back in August, and the experience has been just as great. I'm a young professional (28) so I love a good time, but also highly value my peace and quiet. This place offers both. The staff, which has been great since day 1, hosts a free coctail hour every Friday as a means to promote a sense of community. I've been to a few of them. They've been a great way to meet people. I've found that the residents that I'm surrounded by here are all people that I'm proud to call neighbors. Also, it also says a lot that as I walk around the grounds, I see many familiar faces from my time spent here back in 2004/2005. That speaks volumes to me. I find that the vast majority of people are very content.

As I said in the title for this, I've found the staff to be great and very responsive to my needs. Upon moving in, there was a small problem with my carpet which I dismissed as too small to require reporting. However, as time progressed I decided I would prefer it be taken care of. Given the time that had elapsed since my move in, this was an issue that the staff could easily have pointed the finger at me for. This was by no means the outcome. Chyvonne (sp') wrote the problem up on the spot. Not only was the individual issue fixed promptly, but the leasing office kept me thoroughly up to date with information regarding timing, problem diagnosis, etc. Further, not only did cleaning company resolve the individual issue, but they also refreshed the carpeting in my entire unit. I couldn't have asked for a better response.

I'll wrap this up by saying that I definitely recommend anyone take a look at this complex. The people, staff, amenities, the environment all carry with them the high standards that one would expect out of a community in such a prestigious area.

If you're going to write a review about the complex at which you work, at least make it sound like you're a true resident. This is obviously written by someone in the office. Familiar faces from 2005? I highly doubt it. Anyone who moves here and actually fulfills their year lease is crazy. Heed all the negative reviews on here. They are correct. There is no security - if they change the door code, just jerk the door open. If you care about your car (or your life, for that matter) do NOT park in the garage by building 1. I'm surprised it hasn't fallen in. I left camelot in 2006 and am surprised the garage is still standing. Sooooooo happy to be away from that place. Oh and as for the staff...twice I had to run by the office and I would always call b/c they were notorious for being "back at 12" only to be back at 1....I would call and say "I'm coming over there, are you going to be there?" I was told "yes." I went to the office and "back at 12" was on the door! WHAT? And once, I walked up and they were all getting in a car together and I looked at the guy like "you know I just called" and he shrugged his shoulders and got in the car and left. The entire staff was once again gone. Ridiculous.

I have one question to ask you - how much were you paid to leave this review?? It's almost as if someone has 'put you up' to do this. After all the bad reviews that have been posted against this place, it's hard to believe that someone would actually deem this place 'great' or say that it has a 'sense of community', that is far from the truth, you must be living in a dream world. I definitely recommend anyone looking at this complex or review to look again - do not be fooled into thinking this is as 'prestigious' as this person is claiming. That is horrible advertisement AND it's so far and beyond from the truth it's almost uncanny.

The post was made because these message boards are typically for the complaining types to get on and bash. I have gotten exactly what I'm looking for out of my experience here, so I posted opinion. No, I'm not part of the staff. So while I could point a finger right back at you as having way too much time on your hands, spending your day scouring a this site waiting to find someone that disagrees with your previous posts, I'll defer and let you be entitled to your own opinion. You've voiced your experiences. I've done the same for mine. That's what the site is for. I will repeat myself. I've had a great experience here and will recommend it to anyone that asks.

Hilarious. And no one said you were scouring the site, so how would that be pointing a finger back at us? I, by no means, scour this site b/c I have too much time on my hands. I signed up to get an email whenever someone posts a review to this complex b/c I think it's great to find that most EVERYONE agrees. It's as simple as clicking on a link when I get an email alert.
