The purpose of this review is to more or less rant on the parking situation in hopes that management will help rectify this. I cannot have any visitors to my home because there is inadequate visitor parking. I am also having difficulties getting people into the gate because the 'flawless' parking system will not do anything when I press 9. There are basically 8 spots in the leasing center parking lot that you can have visitors park in after hours and there are 8 spots in the upper deck where they can park (if you can get them into the gate). Obviously there are much more people than spots. Street parking is extremely limited with all the other buildings in the cul-de-sac. I am frustrated with the bees as well. They are everywhere right now! I can't even go out on my balcony because they are swarming around. :-( Normally, I really like it here...

You obviously have not been here long. Wait until it's time to renew your lease or better yet wait until one of the many maintenance people the hire rob you then I would like to know if your opinion on how the building is constructed matters. Criminals don't care about nice construction!
