This place is a complete dump! Don't let the nice exterior fool you. There is a huge roach problem so much that you can even see raoches scaling the wall outside. I'm sure the problem comes from the indoor trash compactor. My apartment was also full of fleas from the previous owner. Once I discovered the roach and flea problem I was ready and did break my lease. Although I was told the inside of the building would be treated I was offered little assurance that the roaches would not return and knowing the bug problem still existed on the outised in additon to the car break ins, loud noise and lack of parking I decided to leave.

Dear Anonymous, I am the Manager of Westminster at Buckhead and I'm quite disappointed to hear that you have such a negative opinion of our community. We have pest control service at our community weekly. They treat the exterior of the property on a rotating basis and address any resident complaints as well. Even if a resident hasn't seen a bug, all they have to do is call and request the service. I've researched the resident complaints over the past year to make sure we weren't overlooking a roach problem as you suggested, however there are no complaints of roach infestations. H-M-M-M... Went out today and didn't see any roaches on the walls or ANYWHERE for that matter! In 18 months I've only had one small one in my apartment and no fleas at all. Oh, and I have a dog! The complex is nice and most of the people who live and work here are friendly and very easy to get along with. This is the south... we have roaches... that's why we spray and close the places they can get in from. Gotta deal with those things everywhere in Atlanta! The apartments are very secure now and very clean. Please take another look and ask a current resident instead of going with something someone wrote online! Attend one of the Friday "happy hour" events as well. If you have to live in Atlanta, it's a very nice place to live!!
