This place is awful. It was the worst decision to ever monve in here. There is a huge lack of security. There have been 3 break-ins within the last few months that the leasing office will not tell you about. Anyone and everyone can break into the place. There is so much noise, you can hear everything through the paper thin walls!! The ceilings need to be replaced, there are constant water leakage problems, and the maintence staff has no clue how to fix it besides painting over the moldy area. The air filters are never changed. You will get screwed with your lease!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

Dear Anonymous, Westminster at Buckhead does not offer security services nor do we guarantee our residents security at any time. We do however, have controlled access measures in place such as vehicle gates and card/code access to our buildings. These measures are in place only to limit the access of non residents to our community. Crime has no address and the misfortune of a break in could happen any time at anywhere. To date, The Atlanta Police Department has opened no investigations regarding these incidents. You mentioned that noise was a problem for you. While living in an apartment, you will at times hear your neighbors. It surprises me that you can hear "everything". Our leasing office is below several apartments and we have no noise complaints other than if something is occasionally dropped, etc which is understandable. If at any point you have a problem with noise from your neighbors please contact our Courtesy Officer, who is also an Atlanta Police Officer. He will respond and quiet the problem. In regards to your maintenance concerns, if you have a specific request that needs addressed please don't hesitate to let us know. Remember you can submit your requests through MyHomeMatters.com or by calling the office. Our maintenance team is on call 24 hours per day to handle emergencies and will address any routine service request that you may have within 48 hours.
