As far as I am concerned, parking was the most annoying in this apartment complex. Tenants have assigned parking spots but there are not a lot of visitor spots. In addition the parking garage is so tight in space that if there is someone coming around the corner one of the cars has to stop in order to pass each other. I almost got into a head on collision because the other driver was not paying attention. At least they do enforce towing when there is someone in your spot. Maintenance has a fast turn around time. Anytime I would call about a maintenance issue it would be fixed by the time I got home from work. The only thing was that it seemed that I had to call in a lot of maintenance issues for the short time I was staying there. But at least the maintenance guys and front office staff have always been super nice and helpful.

You review is far too lenient. Parking sucks. Maintenance never gets things right the first time. Neighbors crank their bass on stereos all night long. Grounds need cleaning. To top it all off OFFICE STAFF NEEDS A REALITY CHECK!
