Yes, parking is annoying when there are guests. Not that big of a deal to just suck it up and deal with it when your guests are there! I am just happy to have my own, covered spot for my day to day life and I haven't had any problems with it. So you have to take it a little slow when you are driving around corners, who cares' Just be AWARE when you are in the parking garage and you will be fine. Perhaps be looking in front of you instead of texting, doing your makeup, etc. and you wouldn't have to deal with "almost head on collisions". Some people just can't drive, making it harder for them to navigate through the basic design of a parking garage in general...

Yes, I have seen a roach or two. I am NOT a bug person, but my roommate and I have called to get the exterminator to come and it was no problem. Even though I hate bugs, I don't expect that there wouldn't be a couple anywhere I went in Atlanta. Has anyone walked AWAY from our apartment towards the bars, walked along Pharr and NOT seen a roach outside'' They are everywhere, it's Georgia, deal with it.

The leasing office is fabulous. They are responsive, friendly and very helpful. They also are very familiar with most of their residents (from what I have seen). I was very impressed as only shortly after I moved in they knew both me and my roommates names, what we did and just always asked how we were and how everything was. It made me feel at home right away. They are fun and I think honestly want there residents to feel safe and happy.

As far as security, I don't know what other previous posts were talking about when the Leasing office didn't let people know what was happening. There were several incidents of the TV's being stolen from the gym, and a couple car break ins...each time, however, we had a letter under our door explaining the situation, giving tips, telling us to let them know if we knew anything, etc. We were informed that the police were involved and they were doing everything they could. I have never really felt unsafe here at the apartment. Crime sucks but we live in a big city, so again I just don't expect that to not be an issue almost anywhere you would live around here.

This is our second year in this apartment and it has been just fine. We have plenty of space, the apartment bathrooms are THE best (awesome showers), the counter tops are granite, kitchen is great and its just really nice. Noise is going to happen...if it is bothering you so much call the courtesy officer or just go directly to your neighbor and politely ask them to quiet down, we are all supposed to be adults living here.
