I have lived at this property for over a year and been a VERY satisfied resident. The location is in the center of Buckhead and very convenient to restaurants and bars!

The apartment (I am in a 2-bed, 2-bath) is extremely spacious, well-lit, and comfortable. There is a good air conditioning/ heating system, and also a washer and dryer INCLUDED in the price of rent. No need to pay an extra $30/month to rent these amenities. Our kitchen has nice, black appliances and granite counters. The property also has a small but adequate fitness center, business center, pool, courtyard area and covered parking. Bugs have not been a big problem in my unit. As others mentioned, we ARE in the South, and bugs are bigger down here. I suggest purchasing some Raid and spraying along the floorboards this has helped!!

Crime has not been an issue either. There was an incident last summer when some TVs were stolen from the fitness center and several cars were broken into. The management was obviously concerned and sent out a notice to all residents explaining the situation and how they were planning to remedy it. My roommate and I are very cautious about locking our door and removing valuables from our cars, but in my opinion these things are common sense when living in a city. We have not had any problems, and I always feel safe and secure on the property.

One of the nicest things about Westminster at Buckhead is the staff. They are very warm and friendly. When I go to the leasing office, they know my name and are always helpful and responsive. They even throw Happy Hour parties including FREE food and drinks for the residents on a regular basis I haven t heard of any other apartments that do this!!
