I've been living at the Westminster at Buckhead for little more than 1 year now and everything seems to be going just fine compared to some of the reviews I've read. I actually really like it here. The grounds are clean, the leasing staff is very helpful and friendly. The maintenance staff does their job very well and they are quick to fix problems. The pool area is very nice and has a gas grill. The gym is small, but very well equipped. A very nice thing are the happy hours every other Friday, where you get to meet other residences and have a chat with the staff.

I think you cannot get a better place for this price-performance ratio. The location is great, right in the middle of Buckhead. You are close to bars, restaurants and shopping. A great place to live!
