Pretty property - seems like they are working to make it better. Rent is comparable for area (which btw is great).

Maintenance is top-notch: they've fixed my few problems quickly. The staff is super-friendly and seem to know their job.

There isnt too much noise, just the planes from the nearby airbase, but thats a given in this part of town. Residents are decent, no problems there.

Overall I've had a good experience here - I plan on renewing.
