I would have renewed....

Had my best friend not bought a condo! This was a nice place to live, by far the best place I have lived in Atlanta. The only thing that annoyed me was the guy with the leaf blower and lawn mower outside of my window at 9 am (I work evenings, so I'm sleeping at this time), but I can't expect the whole world to adjust to my schedule. I never experienced any crime there, and felt safe walking to the gym they have (which is new and although small, pretty decent with new equipment) at night after work. Most of management was really nice, except one lady who kept sending me letters telling me I owed them a penny! (I went back through all of my cleared checks and I did not owe them anything). The pool area is nice, and generally clean, the apartments themselves weren't the greatest, however, they weren't the worst, and I never had any problem living in them. The kitchen was kind of small (I lived in the 1BR/1BA 850 square foot apartment), but the bathroom was massive, and everyone who came by my place always told me that! It's great if you are a woman, and need the space! Closet space was also good, but kitchens could have been a little bigger. I also had a very large dining set (including a china cabinet) and this was the ONLY apartment complex around that would hold it! Overall, a good place to live. Neighbors were quiet and friendly too.
