RUDE OFFICE STAFF, FALSE MAINTENANCE GUARANTEE

Gables properties have the "24 hour maintenance guarantee" but please don't ever excercise that guarantee. That guarantee is for "ACKNOWLEDGING" the reciept of the maintenance request not FIXING the problem. There have been occasions where leaking bathroom pipes have not been fixed for days. Office staff is changed on an average of once a month and the hiring criteria is how rude can you be to the residents.

DO NOT RENT HERE. It has GABLES name but none of the GABLES amenities.
