I lived in Wildwood Gables for 18 months. There are several things that I would like to make any potential resident aware of.

1. My neighbor's apartment was robbed. The are several hoodlums always roaming around the complex, spray painting trees, causing a ruckus, etc.

2. A man exposed himself to my girlfriend at the pool. Although this happened to several people, the apartment complex did nothing about this.

3. There is a fugitive hiding out in the apartment below me. The police have come looking for this guy and have asked me and all of my neighbors to call them when we see him.

There are several other reasons why this is not a good place to live. Let me list them: Incompenent staff, dog poop everywhere, brown water from sinks and showers, and just run down in general. Most of the apartments are over 25 years old and it shows.

Do yourself a favor and live somewhere else.

This person is lying!!!! I currently live at this property and haven't experienced anything similar to this complainer(DFul4d). I am a female living alone and I feel very safe at this property!!!!!!!!! I haven't seen peoople lurking around the property nor have I seen anyone flashing people at the pool. Maybe the people who are at the pool are encouraging this indivdual to act in such a manner. Also, I have lived in high crime gang areas, and I have yet to see the grafitti as you stated (spray paint on the property)!!! You give this website a bad name!!!!!!!

I agree with Camille. I have lived in Wildwood Gables for a year now and it is nothing like this person has described. It is in a very quiet, residential area that feels quite safe to me (a single female). I've never seen grafitti anywhere, nor have I noticed any "hoodlums" wandering around. My experience has been positive. The apartment I live in is clean and pretty modern. Maintenance is usually prompt. The grounds and landscaping is well kept.

Just because your experience is different than mine, doesn't mean that mine is not true. I could have all of my former neighbors verify my claims. By the way, not a single resident that was living in my building at the time I moved in is still living there. It might tell you something, since all of them have moved out of the property. The office staff in extremely rude and uncompromising. It would not surprise me if these responses are from staff members trying to discredit the truth.
