I just renewed my lease for another year. Having lived in a few other apts in the area, this has been the best so far. I moving into a house after this lease is up, so I'm glad my last apt experience has been a good one.

Friendly and helpful staff. Females are very nice to look at. Maint team is very reponsive when I rarely need to call them. Quiet place w/o much problems.

The property is a great location and worth the value. However, the office staff, the manager in particular, is totally inept and uncaring.
