I like the location of the complex, but...
-they forgot to 'setup' my mailbox and give me the wrong key. said it was my fault that i didnt recieve some important mail the 1st 2 weeks.
-the gates are always broken.
-it took five weeks to get my roof/celing leak (bad leak) fixed. and the contractors left a mess. I recieved VERY bad response/ treatment from the property manager.
-people think that 'parking lot' means 'race track'
-neighbors trained their dog to 'use' my back yard

I haven't noticed the parking lot has turned into a racetrack and I have been living here for two years.

I have a serious roof leak issue also....Got it fixed about a year ago & now it is leaking again.....maintenance are nice & try to be helpful but the office staff sucks & the turnover is unreal....that is half the problem....
