I lived in this complex for 3 years. To make this a short review I will simply say that all apartments are going to have some degree of management issues, but this is simply beyond the pale. I had to call 6 times over a 2 month period to get a working smoke detector. THAT'S STATE LAW! You can forget the carwash facility most of the time. The dumpster is ALWAYS overflowing on the weekends. This fact is made worse when you consider that the pool is next to it. Yum, nothing like the smell of decaying trash on a hot summer day! But the major factor w/me was the management as a whole. You will not recieve any attention form them. And also, after living alone for 3 years I stil didn't get my deposit back. I had my place professionally cleaned before I left (friend's wife)!! Overall I would say that for the money you simply HAVE to be able to do better for the money in this area. If you do move in here, expect the worst from the absolute MORONS they staff this place with. The management's a joke, plain and simple.

I agree. I lived there for over 10 years. The management/office staff came and went. The current manager is an uncaring idiot. I work in property management and have fired better people than her. I honestly do not know how she keeps her job.
