I lived in this complex for four years and I made all attempts to move out as per the procedure. Gave the new address, scheduled a move out inspection, cleaned the apartment using professional cleaners etc.,. But after 9 months got a letter from Collection agency to pay 350$ for carpets and wall issue.
When I called these management, they are rude and do not want to listen. They want me to pay without any condition whatever they want!!!
So Beware of these tactics before you sign up!!!.
And there are issues with bugs, molds, cockroaches, dumpsters etc.,
And moreover, since Dobbins Air Force Base is nearby,you will have bear with the Fighter planes landing through your living rooms.

I was interested in moving to this complex. What kind of issues do they have with the dumpsters, are there mice on the premises?

the plane noise couldn't have beent that bad if you were there for 4 years, and you shouldn't get mad at the office staff because you don't pay your bills
