I have been a resident for a little over 30 days now...the construction company on-site doing the renovation has flooded my apartment, put a nail through a gas line, which almost cost me my life and the lives of my pets....the property management is the WORST I have every delt with in my entire life! Total lack of regard for my safety! Did not offer me accomodations when my apartment was flooded or when I was gased out! Also they replaced my kitchen floor and bathroom floor at 5:30 on a tuesday afternoon and I was unable to stay there that night as well, because of the unbearable glue fumes...also the company Gables hired to replace my floors failed to hook up my dryer vent (at all) and all of the gas and cm was blowing back into my apartment...all of these events took place within 2 weeks! the construction company is plugging there powertools into outside power outlets on the porch, which is robbing people of their electricity.....total lack of regard for safety and the well being of their residents.....I was also told by the gas company that the construction company is using nails that are too long for the siding and that is why they are puncturing the gas lines and the powerlines in the walls....
