Some thoughts for those interested:

- Initially the garbage area was fine but even since school opened for some reason garbage piles up outside the compactor. After reading another post claiming this is caused by 1 person and the rest follow suit i think i will attempt to throw garbage inside compactor - if i can get close enough. Please assist if you see me caught in there.

- Main pool area is great. Have seen broken beer bottle shards in secondary pool area. Also in secondary pool area the bathroom area is being used for storage - hopefully this will be sorted/cleaned out.

- Renovation is a headache for sure but i can't blame the workers. They toil every day and are trying to make a living. The contractor (David') management should be held responsible for inconveniences. Its weird when something goes wrong: management says they will fix/compensate it then they backtrack and say contractor will fix/compensate and lame excuses continue. After reading other postings my inconvenience is not a match for person whose apartment got flooded / gas line got nailed-in.

- Some pet owners don't leash their pets - so be careful if you are one of those who are scared of dogs.

- There is only one person in management who is worth talking to and i think you will find out yourself who they are. Rest are riding it.

- Place is called Wildwood but greenery is lacking. Also its just way too dusty, perhaps that construction again.

- Coin laundry but no change dispenser.

- Not sure where the heated water comes from since there is no hot water heater in my unit. Also, on weekend mornings/afternoons don't be surprised if your hot water runs out. Hence my wishing I had my own hot water tank. And thirty-something dollars for water garbage disposal' is kinda steep

- its not the best place for kids/families. Little for kids to do in compound other than pool - no space/playground, etc. Guess if i was a pet owner i'd say the same.

- the car-service area is a JOKE. i like taking care of my car but no place asks me to pay 50c for a vacuum. Also, the water comes from a garden hose with no pressure-nozzle. Also, there is no shade to wash car in even though it is highly inadvisable to wash car in sun since it can leave soap blotches, etc.

- apartments/townhomes are great from the inside - fit and finish. Some oddities but hey, i don't own it.

- basically Wildwood Gables has potential, just not pulling it off right now.
