This property has recently been sold to Worthing SE. Hopefuly things will change I'm not counting on positive changes & assume the only change will be raised rents!

Via door jam letter they are demanding all renewals & new renters to have an active renters insurance policy. They do provide agents for us to choose from. How nice! I was told by my agent that it probably was purely for there liability issues & would add about 25$-30 dollars a month to my living costs!

My building is one of the last to get the new siding & rails. It needs it because of termite/beetle damage & is a liability issue if it seperates from the wall.

I have lived at Wildwood Gables for about 10 years. Why do I stay' I'm to lazy & can't afford to move. My rent goes up every renewal & everything just gets older & more worn I ask but nothing is ever replaced or offered to be replaced. My carpet is old and needs to be removed. I still have a leak from upstairs through a sprinkler head that has caused about a 2ft in circumference stain I live on the 2nd floor of 3 attic! It drips only at 12midnight or later. They say it flows from the roof (bypassing 4 units''')

I like the location close to work but have had bad luck with downstairs neighbors. 1 year had cops came guns drawn in my hallway looking for guy who battered his GF. Had a Porno web cast company set-up shop with high-end computers & perma-lights day & night to film for about 3 months. Drug dealer that didn't work constantly yelling about how he wasn't going to jail. etc.

Now I have a KSU flop house that only is used on Sunday from 11pm to 4am for parties It is really very upscale with Bob Marley Led Zeppelin wall hangings on the porch tacky lights and beer cans & open coronas on the porch tables. Nothing like bad singing & endles chatter coming from right out-side your window you hear every word.

This place needs serious upgrades. I would move if I could. 6 months and I'm gone.
