Never chose this Apt. This place has been sold to worthing and got a fresh management. The manager at the apt office is rude and highly non-responsive to the problems and issues in your apartment. There is a lot of renovation work going on with frequent water supply outtages. The water turns brown sometimes. The construction crew leave lot of nails lying around. Got my car tyres punctured twice.

I completely agree. Even the new management staff lies like crazy just to get you out of their hair. Dont expect anything to get fixed, and dont expect the maitenance to be competent or clean, as they will trash your house fixing something. Just a terrible place overall. At some point you will get screwed.
