I have resided at this property since Gables managed it. I am very content and I feel very safe. There has been a lot of renovations and the cost of living here is pretty expensive but I won't complain. Until I buy a home I will stay. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and my neighbors are great. Parking hasn't been an issue for and I rarely deal with management until I have a maintenance issue. The management office normally returns my call(s) the next business day.

Pros:
Location is great
Resturants and Shops are walking distance
The residents are mostly working upper middle class professionals

Cons:
The trash compactor jams ocassionally
The property is surrounded by trees so therefore you will have a few bugs (not the gigantic and fierce type)..lady bugs and millipeeds ( invest in Raid in the summer dry months)
