Had one minor maintenance issue which was not only addressed efficiently, but the maintenance person left me notes explaining what he was doing to address the issue, where he was in the process and when it would be completed. It was taken care of while I was at work and there were no signs that anyone had even been there. Cleaned up after himself beautifully.

I had what I thought was an issue, and the management staff handled it immediately and pleasantly. Turned out it wasn't really an issue, it was my own lack of knowledge and the staff treated me with respect and offered information in a friendly and professional manner. The non-issue was resolved with much humor. I find you get treated much the same way you treat others.

Dog owners, there are pet clean up stations everywhere - please use them! On hot days this area smells horribly of dog waste. What can management do besides stop allowing pets' If there is a solution I wish a reasonable poster would speak up.

Rats/mice live outside everywhere there are people and waste (i.e. food) especially around trash disposal areas - I haven't seen any inside. I haven't had any bug problems inside. I don't leave my doors open, I take my trash daily and I maintain a clean home inside and out, as do my neighbors. I would expect a field mouse or two once cold weather sets in, but if I see a rat inside I will definitely re-post and move out pronto!

The soundproofing is great for an apartment. My neighbor has two young boys and a dog and I very rarely hear a sound out of their apt.

My neighbors welcomed me, offered to help me move in. People of all ages at the pool have been friendly. If one is personable and agreeable, I believe they will receive the same in response and I haven't been disappointed in that belief.

After having been a homeowner for nearly 30 years, I'm finding apartment living a huge relief and Wildwood Ridge a welcome respite! It's well maintained, nicely landscaped, the pools are clean and inviting - and I don't have to do ANY of it!
