I have been living in Wildwood Ridge Since April. I havent had any problems. I have only had to call maintenance once since living there, and it was because I had so many clothes in the closet it collapsed. It was fixed no problems, no questions asked. Recently I have had some tenants move into my building who are a bit inconsiderate, the neighbor across the hall has children who are very loud, either with crying or everytime they come or leave the apartment I can tell, no matter what time it is. Or some other neighbors come in late at night from going out with their friends and come up the stairs like its 12pm talking and laughing when its 3am. Other than that. Those are really my only complaints, that and the gate not working all the time. When I have had to call the office to speak to someone about my rent or something else, they've always been friendly and courteous. Ive never had a problem with anyone in the office.
