	The William Oliver Building is a safe, convenient, well managed building for GA State and GA Tech students looking to rent or purchase! It is a pet friendly, smoke free, neighbor friendly building with great views from the rooftop patio!

	The William Oliver is a beautiful place to live. Its on the list of National Historic sites. The walls are concrete and fairly good at keeping things quiet. The view from the roof is absolutely AMAZING. Great to roll out ... more
