I lived here for 3 years from 2002 - 2005 and I moved back in about 6 months ago. I work at the CDC, so the location is great. 2 miles from the office with easy access to I-85 at Clairmont. The price is very reasonable. It's clean. It's usually quiet. There's very rarely any kind of disturbance that involves the police. Maintenance requests tend to be dealt with in a timely fashion. The recent change in ownership worried me at first...especially considering the condition of the new owner's other properties in the area, but day-to-day operations seem to be the same as before. I'd highly recommend it to anyone.
