I'm happy From: firestar007 Date posted: 2/2/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I moved in to Windmont summer of 2004, and I'm planning to renew my lease with them this summer. I found the staff to be very courteous and helpful and they do try to respond to issues in a timely manner. I have the 2-bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with washer and dryer. Compared to other places, you really can't find a better deal that encompasses location, staff, and quality of service. My only complaint would be that if you end up with excessively noisy neighbors you will hear them, but that goes for most apartment residences I think. For people who dont want to live too close to downtown Atlanta, but still want to be inside the perimeter with close access to 85 and 285, Windmont Apartments is a good choice.
