This place initally had potential to be a nice community 2 years ago.

Currently, the staff are struggling to rent apts.

So, they are allowing anyone to move in (without backgroud checks).

The complex is full of kids running around through the parking lot, the fitness center is a disaster and the community is very noisy.

The community is gated but it's useless when you allow hoodlums to move in.

Also, their a courtesy officer located on site (yeah right), his job is to ride around and get a free paycheck.

His position is irrelevant if you aren't trying to protect the residents.

My personal opinion they should promote section 8.


FYI: DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!
