I am a current resident and this place is horrible. I have lived here for 2 years I am going to move within the next couple of months. When I moved in Gables managed this property and it was headed downhill. Now that PCM has taken over I have yet to see any improvements. The gate haven't work the entire year and there is constantly poeple hanging out and I have heard gunshots late at night (that's my mine reason for moving). My neighbors party every weekend and have no respect for tenents (the ones causing the problems AREN'T residents). Also, the pool area is flooded with residents from Cameron Brook, hum............. I wonder how they can gain access to use our amentities and the facilites have an access code'''''''''''
This property is definitely unsafe!!!!!!!!! The calibre of people have went down. I doubt they perform backgound checks ( I am constantly checking the GA prison website to see if I recognize any of my neigbors who might be on probation or parole).
