Horrible Maintenace!!!

I would not recommend Wood Terrace to anyone. I lived at wood terrace for 2 1/2 years now. It has gone downhill from Day 1. When Gables managed the community, the problems weren't as noticeable. The property was old, so there were constant problems, but Gables had a reputation for maintenance, so they always took care of it. A week after I renewed my lease the last time, a new management company took over. Since then, no maintenance requests have been listened to. My apartment has been leaking water for 3 months now and I've called maintenance daily and still get no response. I finally called PCM management and started leaving daily messages in their voicemail. I am getting out of here ASAP. The residents are all drug dealers. It is an usual occurence to see 10 police cars parked outside on a weekly basis. The kids throw basketballs at people's cars, and take no responsibility. Gunshots are heard all the time. I hope this review stops at least 1 person from renting here. This place is horrible!!!!!
