Wood Terrace going to the dogs

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
 
the place was okay when it was under Gables, now it is the projects...Help can't wait until my lease is up. My air when out a few weeks ago and it took them 6 days to correct it. The sad thing is I only needed the filter changed, took the tech all of five minutes to do.
