This is the most scary place I have ever lived in. Maintenance is terrible, the apartments are full of roaches, the buildings are falling apart and management does not respond to any of the residents' requests. I have had so many problems, I wrote a three-page letter to them, without hearing anything. When I went to talk to the manager, she came up to me, said "I don't know" before I could say anything, and walked away. Not even "hello"... nothing
My apartment has been flooded 2 times, they have lost my key twice and made me give them a copy of mine, my fridge was not working for THREE weeks before they replaced it, I had leaks in my toilet and bathtub, the bathroom ceiling was falling off, etc, etc.
DO NOT RENT HERE!!! I AM TRYING TO CONTACT PCM TO THAT THEY LET ME OUT OF MY LEASE, BUT THEY DONT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONES!!! BE AFRAID... BE VERY AFRAID.
