I stayed here for about a year, and I really like it.

Affordable, pretty peaceful---many blue collar males, but also a whole lot of families mainly of hispanic/black/------- backgrounds.

Do you still live there? I am thinking about this property being an option for me and my 5 year old daughter to live. Is it safe or would you recommend somewhere else?
