Run for your life! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/27/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   This place is getting worse and worse every year ever since this very stupid manager came and left. Nice job! The only good thing I have to say is that the new manager (8th manager for 2 years) is really trying to do something about the problems - BUT the problems of this place are so bad, there is nothing that could eliminate them unless the place is torn down and rebuilt. Everything is a problem - it seems nothing is right: 1. Parking is bad and cars get scratched (hit and run situations). My car got scratched so much it looks horribly. The front side of the car got bent, they stole stuff from inside my car......... 2. Cars are almost every day broken into or exterior car parts (like tire wheels) being stolen. The laundry machines were forcefully broken and coins taken out. 3. Drunk and noisy crowds outside on the parking lots...and by and almost in the DUMBSTER! 4. Drunken car racing in the parking lot!!!Police get called and almost never come. 5. Police being called EVERY day - nothing is done - they arrest them and release them the next day. 6. The pool is almost never clean. People are swimming in it with clothes on. Babies with diapers in it ...the list is long. Once I even saw this guy taking a p. in the pool from the stairs.... 7. Neighbors look at you like they're gonna kill you... 8. Drug dealers and hookers... 9. People get evicted a lot - that's what kind of people like to live here. I saw rats running freely outside. I saw on numerous occasions people taking a p. by the mail boxes. Semi-naked kids running in the parking lot - they are so little they cannot be seen from a car...My friend got yelled at and threatened by this crazy neighbor! The only good thing is the good location but it is not worth it. This place is dangerous! It used to be much better. Someone will say that I'm making this stuff up - come and see for yourself. Oh, boy I've got a lot to tell... DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES LIVE HERE!
