It only takes one noisy resident to make living a complete hell. Unfortunately, if your looking for peace and quiet, run quickly from this place. Most residents here are of hispanic decent. And most do not exercise and conscience when it comes to living in a community environment. In fact the opposite is exercised. It is a constant blow of loud music at all levels from every corner of this place. It really sucks big time.
