The whole area is quickly becoming the haven and an invasion for illegal housing. Several families overcrowd into one apartment. As if the rent wasnât cheap enough, there are still many as 7-10 adults with off spring in one apartment. With that, come roaches, gangs, noise, and obnoxious screaming bratty â children â. They refuse to keep the noise down and the place clean. Miles Property turns a deaf ear to any complains as long as they keep the occupancies up and money coming in. The police department doesnât want to get involved because it would lead to many other issues. Now the lowest rent in Atlanta, it drawsâ What has been posted priorâ illegal --------- that do not exercise common courtesy.
I know the loud music and parking lot partiesâ keeps everyone awake. My car has been stolen; my cable has been stole, I walked in broken glass and have been raided by roaches. There is a rodent problem in the entire area. One word comes to mind, âPelageâ. Iâve seen drug deals go down in the back parking lot. With no insulation between floors, you can hear the screaming illegal daycares that go on 24-7. No money goes into keeping the place up so there are holes in the roof and floors. The appliances should have been replaced years ago. I think living in a dumpster in a third world country would be better then Woodland View.
Iâm counting the days until my lease is up. You definitely get what you pay for.
