Having lived her for almost two years, Woodland View has gone way down in appearance, looks, maintenance and Management concerns. No sound proofing between floors, very noisy, can even hear your neighbors conversations. Screaming kids keeping you awake. Hispanic parents with no concern over what their kids do or how they act. I truly feel that the Hispanic's moving here are illegal and have absolutely NO reguard for anyone living around them. Cars being scrached up by adults and kids, --------- looking at you as if YOU do not belong here, doing nothing but trying to turn the place into "Little Mexico". Anywhere from 6 to 10 people living in apartments, with more on the weekends.
Police Department refuses to get involved since this is a "racial issue" in some ways. You call them, they do nothing. Within the past few months Illegal Drugs are numerious on the property, (this being the only thing police have come out about.)
Management refuses to admit their is a noise problem from the ---------. Management openly allows too many to live in an apartment. So long as they pay their rent, Management does not care. Roaches have always been a problem here, trash all over the property, Apartments have never been renovated yet built in the 60's. Miles Properities is definately becoming a "slum lord" for Atlanta. Apartments in "deplorable" condition, never renovated. Buildings with falling trim work, peeling paint. The roofs were finally repaired. Management is very slow in replacing any appliances as they do not have the money. Many, many managers in the past two years along with Maintenance personnel also. They come and go like flies. All with little to no concern for the good people that live here. All they are looking for is your rent check come the first of the month.
