I should have ran but had no where else 2 go!! When I did my move in inspection I was told a cleaning srvc prepped the unit. I spent 6 hours cleaning dead critters out of the fridge & cabinets not to mention spider webs from the kitchen & closets. the 1st laundry trip was traumatizing--walked in on a hooker providing "lip service" to a customer. The laundry room is roach infested as well. There were several shootings @ the same apt in an adjacent complex 4 wks in a row & they're still pretty regular but not as frequent. A set of tenants are meth heads & are constantly dumpster diving, leaving their finds blocking the stairs. Can't tell if there are more roaches or children, but the latter throw trash in the "pool" and jump/play on cars that don't belong to their family. The dumpsters are constantly overrun & the drug traffic is maddening. A stolen vehicle was dumped on the property & set on fire which damaged several cars belong to reputable tenants. If you're desparate, don't care & don't mind being surrounded by folks who came here on a floating door, C'mon in!!
