Run don't walk away from this crime and bug infested complex....It would take all night to list all the reasons not to rent here so I'll just give you a quick run down in the summer the apartments are infested with nats and spiders and huge roaches..In the winter it's thousands of ants and I mean thousands....And let's not forget about the Armed robbery with people having their doors kicked in...And the worst is the Rape that happened August 22.2009 around 10 am we can't get out of this complex fast enough I'm scared and pissed at the way this complex is run by it's unproffesional staff...

In defense of the apartment complex. Things are bad everywhere you go. In Gwinnett County, Atlanta, all counties. Times are hard, we are in a recession and there are no jobs. People are hungry and greedy. The rape assault happened in my bldg. It happened around 5 am and lasted 2 hrs. This fool has been assaulting people for 8 months. He should have been caught by now. That is not the fault of the apt complex. They and anybody else can only provide so much security. This guy is on foot assaulting people. All apt complexes are at risk. You have to take steps to protect yourself and watch out for your neighbors. Crime is high in Metro Atlanta all the way around. As far as the bug situation, gnats are everywhere and so are ants. Spiders are everywhere you go too. Most of the apartments were built long ago and the spiders come out and the gnats come out looking for water. We just happened to be in a damp area. Everyone deals with ants, not just this apartment complex. Take steps to ensure that YOUR apt is clean and sprayed. I buy my own spray because although we should get good infestation treatment, its not always possible due to people moving in and out from all walks of life. Its very cheap to live in Clayton County. We voted the people of Clayton County in office, so if there are changes to be made, maybe we should start voting based on experience and solid proven background instead of voting for our friends, cousins mother and brother and so forth. We have control over our community just like the "other" people have control over their area. They raise the rent in other areas to keep rift raft out of their communities and Clayton does not. So if we want to change WE have to do the changing.
