| 09/13/2012 | Apartments are old, filled with all types of bugs from water bugs, spiders, beatles etc. Mold is present you can smell it when your Ac comes on. Bathrooms has sewer water smell. They make you sign a mold agreement so if you get sick they are not liable but you want know about the mold until you move in then its too late. Maintenance will come out and fix your problem and add more in the process because their work is tacky and unprofessional. Cabinets are extremely old.
