IT'S CHEAP FOR A REASON FOLKS

*Too many roaches (all sizes)!!!
*Old & it shows it
*Sewer runs directly in the middle of the complex--I kid you not!!
*Doors don't fit in frames the right way (roaches crawl in under frame)
*Apartments aren't clean when u move in
